AFter you defeat him, the second half of the world map will be unlocked, after this, go to the very top left of the world map in an area of volcano's you should see about 5-6 dungeons in a row, don't worry, each one is only one floor, as long as you follow the GUARD RAILS, you will eventually make it to a volcano, inside the 5 floor dungeon, is Desperado chaos, he has Garland as an assist and 125,598 hp, defeat him and he will be available to buy in the PP shop.
